Our Leadership Team

Beth Copeland, GCBN Founder & Executive Director

Elizabeth Bailey Copeland has been self-employed since 1998, empowering people to be leaders in her role as a Leadership/Team Development Coach and Business Consultant. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Georgia Christian Business Network and God’s People Ministry, Inc.

Beth has a passionate desire to enlighten individuals of their awesome responsibility to walk in leadership. Beth is a magnetic presenter; captivating the audience and stimulating action for positive change. She has been successful in partnering with local and national organizations to facilitate cultural change, acquire next-level leadership skills and to develop a champion attitude. Beth’s number 1 objective in ministry is to facilitate for every individual that… God has a plan… And I Am A Part of it!

Beth has been a resident of Lawrenceville for a total of 49 years; she presently resides there along with Jerome, her husband of 40 years. They have been blessed with four children, two sons-in-love, one daughter-in-love and three precious granddaughters, Autumn, Ava and Alessia.

Jessica Copeland, GCBN Marketing Director

Jessica is a highly engaged People Manager with 15 years of demonstrated leadership ability having proven competence in Operations Management, Change Management, Business Development, and Logistics. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University and her MBA from Herzing University. In 2020, we celebrated Jess as she received her Doctorate of Business Administration from Walden University. Dr. Jessica Copeland is our GCBN Marketing Director.

Lisa Muth, GCBN Virtual Assistant

Lisa Muth is an Air Force veteran, a stay at home/work Mom, and a supportive military spouse. While in the service, she held various positions where she consistently used her Organizational Management skills to construct/reconstruct programs critical to unit readiness. Lisa has been on the GCBN Administration Team since the fall of 2016. She received her Bachelors in Management from Wayland Baptist University and is currently working toward completing a MBA from Liberty University.
